Don’t like being controlled.

I like putting stuff in order and sorting.
Don’t want something that deals with talking on the phone all day.
Something that may be fun or interesting.
I am looking for a career that is not affected so much by the economy, not highly stressful, faster advancement/raises, and pays decent (at least 45,000 a yr.)
Will be attending college in Aug.
Plz no at home work or businesses!

What ever you may decide to pursue as a career, make sure that it is what you are really interested in, not how much money you can make. There are many rich people out there who are very unhappy, since the old adage that “money cannot buy happiness” is a true one indeed. And life, in general, is unpredictable. Things change unexpectedly, and the economy is a fickle thing, to be sure. We are born, live and learn and eventually die…make sure that you leave something ( not necessarily money, but if that would be the case, use it for the advancement of useful endevours) that can be construed as a legacy and can be utilized by future generations as educational and useful to society as a whole. True satisfaction in any job comes from knowing that you have advanced both your learning experience and made a difference in the world, sometimes without even knowing it. Make certain that your work is productive to the advancement of humanity. You will have many opportunities in your college experiences that will mold your outlook on both yourself and others. Many students change their majors in regards to their experiences. I wish you the very best in your quest. God Bless You.

I’m a recruiter, other than a few entry level jobs like a cashier at a mall/dept store you have pretty much ruled everything else out based on what you don’t like. You should really do some research on-line There’s not many jobs where you don’t sell, but don’t have to sit all day or deal w/a telephone most if not all day. The few jobs I can think of require a degree and you said you want a job ASAP. Look at jobs and job duties on-line that will be your best bet. Maybe look at government jobs or dietary or teacher assistant jobs – but those aren’t always readly available. Good luck!
